Stephen Colbert’s ‘Deleted Scenes’ Turn ‘Severance’ into ‘The Office’

The Emmy campaign for Breakup is clearly on the rise. Not only The late show devote an entire segment of Thursday night’s show to the AppleTV+ series – which is nominated for 14 of TV’s sharpest and most prestigious award statuettes – but host Stephen Colbert was also able to join the team refinement of separate macro data to lululemon Lumon for a day, with three of the main actors, on what looks a lot like the actual set.

“Steve C.” quickly becoming MDR’s least popular team member, in part by focusing on our other favorite workplace comedy. He decides that Irving (John Turturro, playing this skit as serious as a heart attack) is the Dwight of the team, wonders if his Outtie is actually Steve Carell, then does a bit on camera in front of a window with blinds. He also steals office supplies, constantly refers to Mark S. (Adam Scott, green screen of what I hope is the To party reboot game) as “Marcus”, and earns the ire of Mr. Milchick (Tramel Tillman, blatantly snubbed for an individual Emmy nomination but still fully committed here) when he disrespects the experience of musical dance.

And let’s not pretend we haven’t all wondered about the mind-blowing potential of a good fart in that sinister elevator.
