Ten European nominations are on the list of finalists for the International Oscars for feature films
– Austrian, Belgian, Danish, Finnish, German, Icelandic, Italian, Kosovar, Norwegian and Spanish representatives are vying for nomination

The American Academy has announced the shortlisted films in several categories of the upcoming Oscars, including the International Feature Film. Of all films submitted (read the full list here), ten in total from European countries were selected, as well as two others from non-European countries, but with a European co-production.

This year, Academy members from all branches were invited to participate in the preliminary ballot for this category and must have met a minimum viewing requirement to be able to vote in the category. In the nominations round, Academy members from all branches are invited to participate and must view the 15 shortlisted films to vote.
Some European talents appear in the presets of other categories, such as the Documentary category, where To flee is also present (which could lead the film to repeat the feat of North Macedonia Honey country [+see also:
