The best face and body products to buy now
At the biggest beauty lunch of the season, on the 16the annual Executive Cosmetics Women (CEW) Awards have deducted the best from the market.
Summer has ended. Has your tan faded? Did the stress of September leave your face a little dry? Don’t worry, so are we (seriously). But the CEW Awards, their committee of professionals, narrowed down 359 nominations, in 33 different categories, to the must-have products this year.
CEW is the international organization made up of over 10,500 individual members representing a cross-section of beauty and related businesses. It âconnects companies large and small, seasoned executives with emerging talent and each member with the relevant resources they need to face the day,â the company says in its manifesto.
And on Friday 24e September, during an extravagant affair hosted by Smooth Radio’s Jenni falconer at the London Hilton on Park Lane, the winners have been announced. Each will leave with a Lalique statuette and will receive the exclusive CEW Beauty Awards seal on their products. Each category is divided between mass winner and prestige winner.
The âResponsible Beauty Awardâ, awarded by a panel of independent experts, was awarded to Beauty Kitchen, the company that seeks natural and sustainable products that retain their effectiveness.
During this time, Elemis wiped the floor with five enticing (and record breaking) awards including ‘Best New Prestige Vegan Beauty Product’, ‘Best Beauty Icon’ and ‘Best British Brand’.
